About Me

I grew up in Southern California and my passion for food and well-being has been with me for as long as I can remember.

It was always my mom’s dream for me to become a pastry chef, but my calling had always been nutrition. In fact, nutrition is what led me to become vegan when I was 15 and it greatly improved my health. I’ve continued to eat plant-based for my love for animals. I was always firmly determined to be an educator in nutrition but clinical nutrition didn’t align with my belief in holism. When I was feeling a bit lost in my journey I decided to explore my love for cooking and baking. This led me to London, where I earned a diploma in Plant-based Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu in 2022. This experience not only refined my culinary skills but also deepened my commitment to creating delicious yet healthy food.

I’ve been committed to learning about health and nutrition since I was 13 years old and will continue to do so throughout the rest of my life. To me, food is one of the most critical aspects of health and healing. That’s why I’m dedicated to sharing recipes that are free from unhealthy ingredients and full of ingredients that nourish our bodies. But it’s not just about salads and greens; I’m here to show that plant-based food can be delicious and enjoyable for everyone, which could include foods from hearty pasta dishes to delectable desserts.

Beyond recipes, I hope to inspire you to lead a healthier lifestyle and live more consciously. My interests extend beyond the kitchen; I’m an enthusiastic traveler who loves exploring different cultures and places. I’m also deeply intrigued by holistic health practices which is why I am continuing my education to earn a B.S. in Alternative Medicine.
